This framework does not require a sophisticated infrastructure overhaul. Most email platforms — ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, even HubSpot's mid-tier — support conditional logic based on opens, clicks, and page visits. The infrastructure is already there. The sequencing logic usually is not.
