Digivate provides AI-powered marketing services including content creation, social media management, SEO optimization, and analytics through autonomous AI agents. Services are delivered on a subscription basis according to your selected plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Annual plans receive a discount equivalent to 2 months free. You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your current billing period. Setup Day fees are one-time and non-refundable once the session begins.
All content generated by Digivate's AI agents on your behalf is owned by you. We retain no rights to your content, brand materials, or performance data. You grant us a limited license to use your brand guidelines to generate content during your subscription.
Content is generated by AI agents using Anthropic Claude. While we maintain quality gates (100-point scoring rubric) and human approval workflows, AI-generated content may occasionally require editing. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication through our dashboard.
To publish content, you authorize Digivate to post on your behalf via connected social media accounts. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your accounts in the dashboard settings.
Digivate is provided "as is." We are not liable for content performance, platform policy changes, or third-party service disruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
