When you sign up for Digivate, we collect your name, email address, and business information you provide during onboarding. We also collect usage data about how you interact with our dashboard and services.
We use your information to provide and improve our AI-powered marketing services, process payments, send service communications, and personalize your experience. Your brand documents and content preferences are used to train AI agents specific to your account.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store your credit card details. All API communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, Anthropic Claude for AI content generation, and social media platform APIs (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook) for publishing on your behalf. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also export your content and analytics data from the dashboard.
